Where we run the truck every week
Grant builds the daily board across three connected zones — the home the Maysville area, the Mount Sterling corridor, and the Morehead corridor over the AA Highway ridge. Below is the community map we actively run, from hilltop subdivisions to rural well-and-septic acreage to riverfront-adjacent towns.
The Maysville area (our home ground)
- Brooksville — the old planned smelter town, wide grid streets, easy truck access.
- Augusta — historic river-trade town on the riverfront bluff, hill street streets, hand-carry and shuttle-van jobs.
- Flemingsburg — ranch-and-retiree country off I-64, larger acreage lots.
- Vanceburg — rural well-and-septic properties along the Ohio River.
- Tollesboro — dirt-road county lanes and horse-property lots.
- Mays Lick — small-acreage retiree community near the state park.
The Mount Sterling corridor
- Mount Sterling — riverfront real estate, narrow lots, HOA-governed access windows.
- Owingsville — the south-Mount Sterling bedroom community many of our clients relocate out of.
The Morehead corridor (over the AA Highway ridge)
- Ewing — newer subdivisions on the west side of the AA Highway ridge.
- Morehead — the Mason County seat, a genuine mountain-pass haul on the AA Highway.
How service-area pricing works
The hourly rate is the same — $159/hr for two movers, $209/hr for three — whether we load you in downtown Maysville or out in Tollesboro. The only adjustment is drive time: Morehead and Mount Sterling run 30-40 minutes from our yard, and we round drive time to the nearest 15 minutes on the written estimate. No surprise zone fees.
Beyond the listed pages
If you’re in a smaller spot we haven’t listed — Page Springs, Bridgeport, Beaver Creek — call the office. Grant already runs trucks past most of those on the regular Flemingsburg board. Send us your address and we’ll tell you straight what the drive-time line will be.
