Terms of service
These terms cover your use of ttmovers.com and the moving services Tip Top Moving performs for Maysville, KY and the surrounding the Maysville area. They’re written in plain English on purpose. By requesting a quote or booking a job with us, you agree to what’s below.
Quotes and the written flat rate
Every binding estimate we send you is in writing and signed by Marisol or Colton. The price on that estimate is the price you pay unless you add inventory, add stops, or change the dates after we lock the truck — in which case we re-quote in writing before any new work begins. We don’t bill hour-creep, fuel surcharges, or hill street fees that weren’t on the signed estimate.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- 72 hours or more before your booked date — full deposit refund.
- 24 to 72 hours — deposit held as credit toward a future booking inside 12 months.
- Inside 24 hours — deposit forfeited, since we’ve already turned away other jobs to hold your slot.
Liability and cargo coverage
Released-value coverage at $0.60 per pound per article is included on every job at no charge. Full-value protection is available on request, and we can write up to $1,000,000 cargo coverage per shipment for high-value loads — ask Marisol in advance and we’ll add it to your estimate. Claims are processed within 30 days of move completion.
Items we do not move
By federal regulation and common sense, we don’t move firearms with ammunition loaded, propane tanks, gasoline, fireworks, perishable food, live plants on interstate runs, or cash and jewelry. Pack those separately and keep them with you.
Access, parking, and hill street streets
You’re responsible for making sure the truck can reach the front door at both ends — or telling us in advance if it can’t, so Silas can bring the shuttle van for an Augusta hand-carry. We plan around winter-season timing at no charge. Permit parking in downtown Maysville’s Main Street historic district block is your responsibility unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

The content on ttmovers.com — service descriptions, neighborhood pages, pricing tables — is ours. Don’t republish it on a competitor’s site, but you’re welcome to link to any page on our domain.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
